Who You Are:

What You Are Accountable For:

  • Answer phone calls and emails promptly and courteously, providing information and assistance to callers or forwarding messages to the appropriate team member.
  • As the first & last point of contact for guests and visitors, ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere by greeting them with a friendly demeanor and providing assistance as needed.
  • Provide on-site event support for customer demos and meetings.
  • Office administration and management duties (i.e., ordering snacks for all four offices, office supplies, etc.).
  • Responsible for monthly visits to each office location to assess cleanliness, stock levels, and ensure the landscape company’s performance meets our standards. Mileage is provided.
  • Manage lobby and service screens for all offices with PowerPoint.
  • Help Human Resources with New Hire tasks such as taking headshots, ordering business cards, ordering lunch & setup, etc.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in lobby, meeting rooms, breakroom, and bathrooms while ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked.
  • Set up and maintain the coffee bar area, including restocking supplies and keeping the area clean and presentable.
  • Following up on post service for feedback to ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Who You Are: 

  • 2 years or more of CCTV and access control system installation experience 
  • Valid Driver’s license 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds 
  • Ability to climb ladders and work in small spaces 
  • Proficient with power tools and electronics 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • NICET certification a plus 

 

What You Are Accountable For: 

  • Install access control systems, CCTV, fire alarm systems and other systems in residential and commercial properties
  • Read blueprints and electrical drawings to determine which locations equipment will be installed in
  • Keep up to date on the latest CCTV, access control systems and fire alarm systems through product research and training
  • Educate and demo systems to customers
  • Accurately report materials used and hours worked on each job
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and errors
  • Install equipment in accordance with building codes

  • SEO strategies, ensuring website optimization, and driving organic traffic growth through effective implementation of search engine optimization techniques.
  • Create and implement strategies for social media platforms to drive new business (i.e., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize engagement and support lead-generation efforts.
  • Create graphics and edit photos for use on our website, social media, digital and print marketing materials.

What You Are Accountable For:

  • Completes software programming utilizing standards as required. Communicates detailed information regarding the design and operation to customers, Knight Watch staff and subcontractors.
  • Manage and complete programming and downloading of system controllers and peripherals.
  • Performs commissioning of all system controllers as required. Ensures system functionality when compared to project documents and expectations.
  • Revise project documents for accurate as-built and commissioning documentation.
  • Provides coaching, mentoring and technical assistance to installation and service technicians. Ensure that delegated tasks are performed accurately in a timely manner.
  • Attend project meetings as required
  • Communicate project details to project manager, technicians and customer as required.
  • Application Engineers must provide customers with ongoing technical support. This support includes responding to customer issues, providing updated software that solves bug issues, performing installs for customers and working with the customer service team.
  • In order to design and re-design effective applications, Application Engineers / Programmer must acquire and analyze customer needs and problems, making recommendations to the engineering team to satisfy needs and develop solutions. They generate ideas for software products that innovate and fill gaps in the current market.
  • Performs training for owners and operators. Develops site-specific training that ensures the owner/operator has been trained. Provides proper documentation and manuals for system operation.
  • Establish and cultivate long-term relationships with customers, contractors, consultants and subcontractors.
  • Ability to troubleshoot Windows Operating Systems for Servers, PC, Laptops and Tablets
  • A good understanding and implementation of IP networks at all OSI layers, including the tools and methods used to troubleshoot them
  • Ability, drive and ambition for continued learning on system control technologies
  • Research, learn and understand how new products can be implemented, i.e., R&D
