Who You Are:
- 7 years or more of servicing IP video surveillance systems as well as Mercury access control solutions
- Competency trouble shooting complex integrated security systems.
- Experience navigating the customer network as it interfaces with our security systems
- Valid Driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders and work in small spaces
- Proficient with power tools and electronics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- NICET certification a plus
What You Are Accountable For:
- Servicing access control systems, CCTV, fire alarm systems and other systems in commercial properties
- Read blueprints, as-builts and electrical drawings to determine which locations equipment will be installed
- Keep up to date on the latest CCTV, access control systems and fire alarm systems through product research and training
- Educate, train and demo systems to customers
- Accurately report materials used and hours worked on each job
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and errors
- Install equipment in accordance with building codes
- Gather and review all project documentation
- Daily communication with customers, project managers and account managers
- Mobile task completion

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Temporary Accounts Receivable Specialist to assist our finance team in managing and processing incoming payments. The ideal candidate will have experience in Sage Intaact, Connectwise PSA, AR processes, invoicing, and customer account reconciliation. Experience with AIA billing is a plus. This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to contribute to a dynamic accounting team on a short-term basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and distribute invoices to customers accurately and in a timely manner.
- Apply payments to customer accounts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely collections.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update payment information as needed.
- Assist with AR aging reports and identify overdue accounts.
- Communicate with customers to resolve billing inquiries and disputes.
- Support the finance team with month-end close processes related to AR.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or a related accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software, Sage Intaact experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
