Who You Are:
- 2 years or more of CCTV and access control system installation experience
- Valid Driver’s license
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders and work in small spaces
- Proficient with power tools and electronics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- NICET certification a plus
What You Are Accountable For:
- Install access control systems, CCTV, fire alarm systems and other systems in residential and commercial properties
- Read blueprints and electrical drawings to determine which locations equipment will be installed in
- Keep up to date on the latest CCTV, access control systems and fire alarm systems through product research and training
- Educate and demo systems to customers
- Accurately report materials used and hours worked on each job
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and errors
- Install equipment in accordance with building codes
- Gather and review all project documentation
- Daily communication with customer
- Mobile task completion

We are seeking a Physical Security Sales Engineer to be based out of our Troy, MI or Lansing, MI offices.
This is a hybrid role that does not require you to come into the office every day.
Who You Are:
- An understanding of how low voltage systems come together from start to finish
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment to meet the needs of our clients
- Must be extremely organized and exhibit a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
- Hands-on experience with Access Control and Video systems is a plus
- A Collaborative work ethic

What You Are Accountable For:
- Interpret sales and architect’s drawings with an understanding of scope and scale
- The ability to explain complex concepts and present them alongside the Sales Team
- Work closely with the Sales Team and Manufacturer’s representatives to design multiple types of low voltage security systems

We are seeking a Building Automation Specialist for our Troy, MI office.
Who You Are:
- BA, BS Technical Degree, or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in building automated control system installation, programming, and repair.
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and working proficiency with hand-held computer (i.e. Smartphone, iPad, windows laptop.).
- Knowledge of general IP architecture computer to computer protocols.
- Knowledge and programming experience with integration software, specifically Niagara AX Niagara N4 and Schneider Electric Ecostruxure.
- Knowledge and programing experience with JCE and Schneider field level controllers.
- Understanding of networking communication LON, MSTP, Modbus, and BACnet.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong computer documentation skills.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprint mechanical drawings, electrical drawings, line diagrams, procedure manuals and job specifications.
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from co-workers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read, comprehend and implement plans, specifications, and contracts.

- Program and integrate various I/O controllers into a single user interface.
- Confirm project requirements by reviewing submittal drawings, project specifications, and networking requirements with Sales Engineer, Project Manager, and client.
- Confirm equipment operation of through point-to-point commissioning.
- Maintain accurate historical records by documenting program development and revisions while observing high quality standards.
- Ensure operation of equipment by following manufacturer’s instructions, analyzing, and establishing connectivity with network systems, troubleshooting malfunctions, calling for repairs, and evaluating new equipment and automation techniques.
- Use software and technology, along with a variety of hand-tools, to diagnose and repair equipment controls and network integration issues.
- Establish & maintain a positive relationship with customers, vendors, and co-workers through effective oral and written communication skills via phone, computer, and face to face.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
