We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our HR team at our Kalamazoo office. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to assisting onboarding new employees. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

- Employment Branding: Professionals represent the Knight Watch brand and increase company industry exposure at schools, recruiting fairs, industry events, etc.
- Screening and Interviews: Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.

- This role will be managing the warehouse for our Lansing & Troy office. This role requires driving to the Lansing, MI office 2 days per week (mileage will be provided).
- Manage and Organize the Warehouses
- Responsible for Managing Field & Office Consumables
- Manages Lunchroom Snacks, Water and Coffee Products
- Manages Service Stock and Parts Required for Service Tickets
- Responsible for Receiving Equipment and Creating/Maintaining a Process for Receiving
- Move Required Parts into Project Bins and Communicate with the Project Manager
- Deliver Parts to Projects or Project Sites as needed
- Assist Field Technicians as a helper/spotter as needed
- Maintain Restrooms and Associated Stock
- Assist with Vehicle Maintenance as needed
- Check, Pull, and Ship Stock for other Offices
- Ship Parts to Project(s) via UPS, FedEx, and Common Carrier
- Assemble Panels per Project Shop Drawings
